The USC Symphonic Winds open their 2023-2024 season with music by John Mackey, Julie Giroux, Samuel Hazo and a consortium premiere of a new work by Sonya Leonore Strahl. An experience of both the high levels of energy and the depth of beauty brought to the world by these composers awaits the audience.
