Through the Koger Center app, you can login with your existing ticketing account, then easily access your tickets in one place. What's more, you can also share tickets with friends and family for your ease on the day of the event. In addition to providing access to your tickets, our app also offers exciting updates and important event information. You can stay up to date with everything happening at the Koger Center with just a few taps.

But that's not all--our app also includes a "What's On" section, meaning you'll never miss out on an event. Ready to purchase tickets? You can do so directly from the app. Simply select your event of choice and secure your seat with ease.

PLEASE NOTE: The Koger Center App is a mobile-first app and therefore is only compatible with smartphones. Only tickets where the Koger Center app was chosen as the delivery method at the point of checkout will appear in the app. If you'd like to change your non-digital tickets to app tickets, you can do so by contacting the Box Office at (803)777-5112.

To ensure the best experience with the Koger Center app, make sure your app is updated to the most recent version on your phone. You may experience issues with older versions of the app.

Why have we implemented digital tickets? 

A digital ticket is the safest, most convenient, and flexible way to receive your tickets whilst increasing protection against fraud. It is also an easy way to go green by printing less paper, and is therefore better for our environment. It's part of our effort to make your event experience the very best.

Your digital tickets will be delivered to the Koger Center app; instructions on how to download can be found below:

  • How do I download the app?
    • Our app can be downloaded from the app store on your mobile device.
  • When will my purchased tickets be available on the app?
    • Your tickets will be available in the app within ten minutes of your purchase. This may vary depending on the show you have purchased tickets for (i.e. Hamilton, where the tickets you purchased will appear 30 days prior to the performance you bought tickets for)
  • Where in the app do I find my tickets?
    • Once you have downloaded the app, tap the button that says LOGIN WITH YOUR TICKET ACCOUNT and then enter the email and password you used to purchase your tickets. Once logged in, your tickets can be found in the Tickets tab in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen. PLease check that all tickets you were expecting to see are showing correctly. If your tickets do not appear, please log out and log back in again, making sure you use the email address that was used to purchase your ticket(s). If this doesn't work, please contact the Box Office at (803)777-5112.
  • Will all tickets be delivered to my account?
    • Yes, multiple mobile tickets can be downloaded to a single app account. Once accessed you can swipe left and right to view all tickets. If you are accompanying your friends to the show, all tickets can be kept on your phone app and scanned in one at a time. If you are arriving separately, or, you wish to share the tickets in advance with your family/companions, details on how to do this can be found in the bottom question of these FAQs. 
  • I'm having trouble accessing my ticket.
    • If you're having trouble accessing your tickets, please try the following solutions:
      • Please ensure you are attempting to access your ticket via the same e-mail address used to purchase your tickets
      • Please log-out and log back in before accessing your wallet again
      • Please close your app, reopen and refresh the home page before accessing your wallet again.
  • I use an iPhone and I'm trying to share my tickets with another account, but I'm having issues seeing the tickets in my app.
    • The Apple Wallet and the Koger Center app wallet are two separate locations that can house tickets you've bought. Double check to see if you've moved the tickets to the Apple Wallet. If you've opted to add your tickets from the Koger Center app to your Apple Wallet, this essentially moves it from one location to the other; they may still appear in the Koger Center app, but you can only share it from the Apple Wallet once they'ved moved. If they're housed in your Apple Wallet, tickets can be shared like any other ticket in the Apple Wallet.


How to Share Tickets: A Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Open the Koger Center app, visit the Wallet tab and click on My Tickets. Your ticket(s) will be available to view and share from this section.
  2. Find the ticket you wish to share and click on the share icon, which is located in the top-right hand corner. On the popup, click on the Share button which will generate a Ticket Code. The guest receiving the ticket will need to enter this code on their device in the My Tickets section.
  3. Next, click on the share icon next to the Ticket Code. This will allow you to share the link via text message, email or other apps such as WhatsApp.
  4. You will receive confirmation once your Ticket Code has been shared. The ticket you have shared will still be available in your device until the recipient redeems the code on their device.
  5. The guest receiving the ticket will need to download the Koger Center app and either log-in or create an account.
  6. Once logged in, the guest can go to the Wallet tab and click on My Tickets. Click on "Got a Code?" in the top right corner and enter your unique Ticket Code.
  7. Once the code has been entered, the guest will receive confirmation and the ticket will now be available to view on their device. Please note that once transferred, tickets can be re-shared via the app.
